My door is thicker than standard, what do I need?
Standard door thickness is 32 to 52mm. If your door is thicker, select a spare part that lists your door thickness range in the product specifications, for example extended screws, spindles or tailpieces.

I’ve lost my screws, what should I order?
Order the matching screw or fixing pack by SC code and confirm the door thickness range shown in the specifications.

I’ve lost my spindle, what should I order?
Order the correct spindle type and size by SC code (including any step down or reducing spindles if required) and confirm the length and door thickness range in the specifications.

I need a longer tailpiece, what should I order?
Select the tailpiece option by SC code and choose the length that matches your lock configuration, as shown in the product specifications.
