The powder room is the one space in the home shaped entirely around the guest. Free of the routines of the ensuite, it becomes a room to be composed rather than used — a place where a project's material language can be stated in full, without compromise.

A powder room composed almost entirely of terrazzo, where light is the only ornament. Across the aggregate surfaces it shifts through the day, and the joinery is detailed to hold that quiet, a continuous drawer front, an unbroken plane, nothing to interrupt the read. Designer Doorware's Bathroom Lip Pull works within that discipline rather than against it: recessed into the joinery edge, it gives the hand what it needs and the eye nothing to catch on. In a room where the material does the speaking, hardware earns its place by knowing when to recede.
