If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Designer Doorware will repair and/or supply the same or an equivalent product at no charge, according to Designer Doorware's Warranty & Terms of Sale.

Designer Doorware products sold in the United States are supplied through Forte Group member showrooms and a small number of directly managed USA dealer accounts. For warranty claims, please contact your point of purchase first; they will submit the claim through Designer Doorware's warranty process on your behalf.
