Delivery FAQ's

The estimated delivery times vary from 2-30 working days. This depends on the type of product you’ve ordered, the finish you’ve specified, stock availability and the location we need to deliver your goods to. In general, a standard off the shelf product in a standard finish will typically takes 2 days, while a custom product and special finishes take between 20-30 working days.

We can investigate your order’s location with our delivery service provider and give you an update as soon as possible.

Yes, we will try our best to make that happen.  We can upgrade your delivery method at any stage prior to your order being despatched from our factory-warehouse. However, once your order has been shipped – and is in transit – we cannot then alter the shipping method in order to speed up delivery.

Generally speaking, $12 + GST for Melbourne metro and $25 + GST for other areas. The overall cost of your order delivery depends on three things:

•    Type, quantity and weight of product 
•    Location of your delivery address
•    Priority level assigned to your delivery

Off-the-shelf product orders can take 2-3 days from the confirmed order date.

Made-to-order products can take up to 15 working days to complete.

Custom-designed items can take up to 20 working days to complete from design approval.
