With the highest security, durability and fire rating this multi-function, stainless steel mortice lock is suitable for heavy-duty use in industrial and commercial buildings, institutions, schools, hospitals, hotels and residential projects. This lock complies with building regulations for single-action exit doors and is easily reversible with built-in kick-off option. Fire rated to AS1905.1, Safety S3, Durability D3 and rated to AS4145.2.
